Jesús Márquez es cofundador de Ministerios Encuentros Con Dios y se desempeña como Pastor Ejecutivo y Vicepresidente. En este cargo, supervisa los siguientes ministerios: el Equipo de Alabanza y Adoración, el Grupo de Jóvenes, el Grupo de Hombres y el servicio de Traducción (español/inglés).
Posee un Grado Asociado en Música de Richland College, una Licenciatura en Educación Musical de la Texas Christian University y una Maestría en Dirección de Vientos de la University of Houston, con una certificación docente en música para los grados K-12.
Ha servido en Ministerios Encuentros Con Dios desde 2013 y fue ordenado en Christ for the Nations — Fellowship of Ministries and Churches en 2023. También es el director financiero y propietario de una empresa educativa. Antes de asumir su cargo a tiempo completo como pastor y empresario, se desempeñó durante 10 años como Director de Bandas, Jefe del Departamento de Música y Coordinador de Bellas Artes en el Distrito Escolar Independiente de Richardson (Richardson ISD).

Jesus Marquez is the co-founder of Encounters with God Ministries and serves as Executive Pastor/Vice President. In this role, he oversees the following ministries: Praise and Worship Team, Youth Group, Men's Group and Spanish/English Translation.
He holds an Associate's Degree in Music from Richland College, a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from Texas Christian University and a Master's Degree in Wind Conducting from the University of Houston with a music certification EC-12.
He has been serving at Encounters with God Ministries since 2013 and was ordained at Christ for the Nations - Fellowship of Ministries and Churches in 2023. He is also the CFO and owner of an educational company. Prior to his full time appointment as a pastor and business owner, he served as Director of Bands, Chair of the Music Department and Fine Arts Coordinator in Richardson ISD for 10 years.
He loves serving the Lord alongside his wife, Ashley, and his two children!
